We are always looking for additional help and support.  Team Betty was founded in Santa Barbara by a family of kart racers.

Started in 2022, we realized attaining a female Formula1 or NASCAR Cup driver may be IMPOSSIBLE if there are only 1-in-20 females in motorsport.

The focus of Team Betty is to increase the talent pool in the youngest classes of motorsport.
